Shipping policy:
1. Regularly, we will send the commodities in 24-48 hours after purchasers make a payment of the order.
2. All goods proceed from China.
3. Customers may choose either EMS or express delivery: the first one EMS is exactly as American’s USPS. It is gratis and 5-7 days are needed. While, for express delivery which include 3 items (FedEx, TNT, UPS), another 30 dollars are required.
4. The following are in the list of free shipping freight: USA ,UK ,France，Germany，Spain，Italy，Canada，Australia，New Zealand，Mexico，Switzerland，Belgium，Ireland，Denmark，Japan，Portugal，Norway，Greece，Singapore and Vietnam. Orders from Holland, Iraq, Russia, Poland and Iran have to pay 30 dollars as delivery fare, 10 dollars for buyers from Brazil and 50 dollars from Guadeloupe.
5. When goods arrive, there should be an adult available to collect it. By chance, no one available to receive the goods, then, it will be returned to the post office. In that case buyers have to get in touch with the post office to take back the package.
Return policy:
1. If we mistakenly mail the goods in size, color and style, customers have the right to demand another delivery without any charge. We guarantee to send the right goods again timely.
